What we collect and why

Your name, email, phone, date of birth and licence date, to make and manage your booking (contract).

A photo of your driving licence and a selfie, checked by Stripe Identity, to confirm who drives our cars (contract and legitimate interest).

Payment details are handled by Stripe. We never see your full card number.

Who processes it

Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (payments and identity checks) and our hosting provider.

How long we keep it

Booking and invoice records for 10 years as Slovak accounting law requires. Identity check results for as long as Stripe's retention settings allow, at most 1 year after the rental.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and object to processing. You can also complain to the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
