Who rents to you

The cars are rented by NetStra Solutions s. r. o., Janoškova 4, 831 03 Bratislava – Nové Mesto, IČO 48104663, IČ DPH SK2120080468. Cars are kept at Plynárenská 3A, 821 09 Bratislava.

Driver

Each car has a minimum driver age and minimum years of holding a licence, shown on its page.

You need a valid ID or passport and a full driving licence. Non-EU licences also need an International Driving Permit.

Every driver completes an online licence and selfie check before the car is released.

Payment and deposit

The full rental price is paid online by card when you book. The card must be in the main driver's name.

The deposit shown on the car's page is held on the same card at pickup and released after the car is returned and inspected. Card holds expire after about 7 days, so longer rentals need a renewed hold or a bank transfer deposit.

Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup. Within 48 hours, 50% of the rental price is refunded. No refund for a no-show.

Using the car

Fuel: full to full. A missing fuel charge is fuel at cost plus €20.

Late return: 30 minutes grace, then an extra day is charged.

Included kilometres are shown on each car's page; extra kilometres are charged at the listed rate.

Austria, Czechia and Hungary are allowed. Other EU countries need our approval in advance. Travel outside the EU is not allowed.

Fines and tolls are passed on to you with a €25 admin fee.

No smoking, no pets, no track days. Cleaning fee from €150.

Insurance

Basic cover is included, with an excess equal to the deposit. Plus halves the excess. Premium removes it and adds tyres, glass and underbody cover.
